No graphics on Kirin 9000C #8

Hey, I have a Huawei Qingyun W515x which uses the Kirin 9000C processor. I have downloaded and compiled the latest linux-hisi, using the config from the official W515x-config release of UOS 1070-eagle.
When I boot, I get a blank screen - I'm assuming this is graphics issues, but nomodeset also doesn't work, so it could be a lower-level issue. Are there any options I should enable? Should I use panfrost?
