How to represent "Ambulante Pauschale" in CH Core / CH Term

A labratory needs to send the invoice to the patient or hospital depending on the type of service. We should know how to code an "ambulante pauschale" for the order / laboratory service.

Outpatient flat rates (ambulante Pauschalen) are a billing method for outpatient medical services. All services provided must be invoiced to the service provider.
One option would be to use ServiceRequest.category ValueSet with an additional code for outpatient flat rates.
