Describe the issue you are experiencing

I happen to notice that there is a tooltip on the position "slider" in the new media more info popup.
However that shows the time in seconds instead of the mm:ss format used at the start/end of the slider.

Describe the behavior you expected

Show times in a consistent format

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Play something on a mediaplayer that supports position updates
2. Hover over the slider and click it to show the toolip
