接続情報で「Tunnel Endpoint Router IP」を指定しないとエラーが発生する #38
Description
クロスコネクト接続（トンネルではない）のユーザにおいて「Tunnel Endpoint Router IP」を指定しない（なし/初期値）を指定すると以下のエラーが表示されて開通できない。
[500] Error 1452 (23000): Cannot add or update a child row: a foreign key constraint fails (dsys_v5.connections, CONSTRAINT fk_connections_tunnel_end_point_router_ip FOREIGN KEY (tunnel_end_point_router_ip_id) REFERENCES tunnel_end_point_router_ips (id))
