`cmd\version\main.go` fails with `exit status 0xc0000139`

I've compiled OpenCV by following the documentation: https://gocv.io/getting-started/windows/ .
The compilation was successfully finished, but running cmd\version\main.go to verify the installation returns exit status 0xc0000139 instead of the gocv and opencv versions.

You probably do not have the DLLs for OpenCV in your path.

I suggest looking at this workflow for clues since it does run in Windows:
