Re-enable "listactive" or equivalent #305
Description
Many people used hyprctl hyprpaper listactive in various scripts for various purposes.
A couple comments in #292 ask for it. Some uses for this command were color palette processing.
I personally use it for a wallpaper rotation script to go through a various set of wallpapers and not setting the same wallpaper again in a row, as well as some metrics about what wallpapers are active and when. Silly, but useful.
