iMA Menu V0.9.9

This is the final beta version which is a preparation for the first release.

• Interduced a new layout
• New plugin manager to install only what you need
• No more python or admin issues
• More details will be added here but for now please BACKUP all your previous settings, this is new structure that will replace everything.
  (It's best to first launch shell.exe > unregister > delete all iMA Menu folder > Reinstall this release version) to avoid conflicts.

This version lacks updates for the app itself, but it has update feature per plugin.
This version doesn't have all the features the old iMA Menu versions had, since they were flawed and I will implement better versions of each feature, more robust, more stable, and more plugins and features will be easier to add in the future.
