Long uninstall (or i am just stupid)

I installed this but the setting tab just said "settings" and I followed the other tutorial but it didn't work for me so I just tried to uninstall it. I then when down a long rabbit hole because it kept telling me "access denied" and I couldn't delete it. I eventually got it to work by just moving shell.dll to C: and using all force deletes in admin shell to get rid of it. I've now realized I should of just asked the creator on how to easily delete it so now I'm writing this for others.
