I'm using the latest beta channel build but this is the same in the release build (2.4).
I'm using a Quest 3 + the Logitech MX Stylus in my right hand + Quest controller in left hand. In this scenario a few functions are inaccessbile because they count on a trigger on the right hand (or maybe stick as well). Two good examples of this are the Teleport functionality and taking snapshots. With taking snapshots you get stuck with no way to exit the mode and have to quit the application.
