Add CITATION.cff file

I use Open Brush for research and education stuff, and would love to be able to cite it easily. Would you consider adding a CITATION.cff (and maybe synchronizing releases to Zenodo) to facilitate this?

Yes, I think so! Once added it should produce a "Cite this repository" button on the right sidebar.
