FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'bin/signed_sideloader.dll'

Hello, I had a problem when trying to run the sideloader where the error was like this:
FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'bin/signed_sideloader.dll'

I've tried to install osslsigncode as you mentioned in dependencies but the error still appears.

How to deal with this?
