XFEM crack front node specification

Motivation

The node ids and number of nodes along the crack front of a cutter mesh are currently provided to the domain interaction integral as inputs. The user must first interrogate the cutter mesh to determine these quantities. If the user creates the cutter mesh in the xfem simulation using the mesh tools, these quantities are not known apriori. However, these quantities are available directly from the cutter mesh and the xfem geometric cut user objects and by retrieving them from their will make the xfem cutter mesh easier to use.

Design

Retrieve the cutter mesh node ids and number nodes from the xfem geometric cut user object.

Impact

This simplifies the use of the xfem cutter mesh user objects.
