Feature: allow to toggle suspend/resume

Would like some way to toggle suspend/resume status. Ideas:

1. Add a "toggle" command
2. Add a "status" command that would show the status. This would allow more control from a script. Could probably also use it to show an indicator in an xfce panel.

The status command in your patch works fine. The toggle command kills the process.

If you’re interested, I’ve implemented similar functionality in Bash and assigned keyboard shortcuts to run it. It’s not ideal, but it’s the best solution I’ve found so far. Oh, and there is an older solution #73 .
