feat: Zod schema adapter

## Scope
`idNumber('TWN')` Zod schema factory: validates via the registry; `.transform()` exposes the typed parse result from the #123 type map.
Peer-dependency setup per the #148 decision.

## Acceptance criteria
- [ ] Works with tree-shaken single-country imports
- [ ] Schema output type matches the ParseResult map
