UI: Filter out specific repositories

Some repositories opens tens of issues at one time, which makes it hard to find a suitble issue.

Grouping by repository will be more of help acturally, I think, but filters seems to be easy to implement.

Hi,
I’d like to work on “UI: Filter out specific repositories” (#87)."
My plan is to:

Add a filter UI (dropdown or checkboxes) to select repositories to hide.

Style the filter controls to match the project’s existing UI.

Implement logic so selected repositories are excluded from the displayed list in real time.

Ensure the filter works seamlessly on both desktop and mobile views.
