Improve or remove admin console warning about exposed endpoint #82

The admin console warns if the configured exposed HTTP endpoint is different from what is being calculated in that JSP page.

That calculation differs between an encrypted and an unencrypted endpoint (one uses the XMPP domain, the other uses the server's FQDN). That seems illogical. Was perhaps isClustered meant to be checked? Even that wouldn't be necessarily worthy of a warning. If the admin configured things explicitly, why warn at all?
