How to change nodata values in the 30-second resolution channel data

Hope you all are doing well.
I have a 30-second spatial resolution channel length data with missing values, which leads to the presence of missing values in the calculated groundwater data as well. Moreover, I assigned 0 to the missing values, but this also resulted in the calculation of missing values. How can I solve this problem of missing values?The same issue exists for channel width and channel depth data.
When I set nodata to 0, the following warning appeared：

Channel parameters of length, width, etc. within the model domain require positive values.

Our standard 30 arc-minute dataset could be used:
https://github.com/iiasa/CWatM-Earth-30min

Otherwise, there may be other datasets that could be merged to complement the missing values in your dataset.
