User Plan Representation: Availability first, then restrictions

The User Plan could be structured along the following principles:

• Top down (Green Uppercase letters): A, B, C, D: From less restricted to more restricted.
• Blue lowercase letters: a,b,c,d: From more available to less available
• the same information should use the same formulation (yellow background).
• The exclamation icon should be explained.
• The "export" of facsimile should be explained better. This was always rather a link to an IIIF server page than the actual facsimile. The link itself is more a bibliographic metadata.

Error: Guest users cannot export anything. Not even public domain transcripts. Why? Because they can neither create collections nor can the create a datalab access token.
