Threat layers

Release of the codebase that accompanies the dataset titled Mapping Oil Spills and Offshore Industrial Activities in the Northwest Atlantic for Marine Conservation and Management (doi: 10.5281/zenodo.17426778), which includes high-resolution geospatial threat layers (Cloud Optimized GeoTIFFs) describing petroleum pollution, offshore infrastructure, vessel traffic, and artificial light across Atlantic Canadian and adjacent waters. The dataset was developed in support of, but is not limited to, marine conservation, environmental planning, and cumulative effects assessment.
