Extract `animal mortality type` from `observation_notes` associated with dead

The observation_notes contain additional information provided by the observer or project lead (typically in Dutch). I would not include this in the public data, as it unstructured and may contain personal information.

The only exception could be retaining the notes when the bird was reported dead. For example:

@EricStienen Do you think we it's worth extracting a animal mortality type (e.g. disease, starvation, vehicle-collision) from the observation_notes or is the information contained in that field not trustworthy enough?

Might be worthwhile, although it is only mentioned in a few occasions. Another thing is that it is maybe difficult to extract it from the obesrvation_notes since they are not at all structured, wording might be extremely variable and contain typo's.
