Issue with Podfile using use_frameworks! :linkage => :static

I am using "react-native": "0.71.2"

I am trying to install Firebase on my iOS project, but I have an issue with the Podfile

First, I also had to add use_frameworks! :linkage => :static to OneSignalNotificationServiceExtension to prevent

- appNative (true) and OneSignalNotificationServiceExtension (false) do not both set use_frameworks!.

Then pod install is working well, but I have the following issue on build

I cleaned Xcode cache but I have the same issue

Flipper does not work with use_frameworks, you must disable it

If any body else facing same issue even after disabling Flipper
please check issue #7632
It solved the issue for me I had to adjust three changes below

moving from last entry in pod file to last entry before end
Basically inside --> target 'YourTarget' do ... code here ... end

target 'ImageNotification' do use_frameworks! :linkage => :static pod 'Firebase/Messaging', '~> 10.23.1' end

then i had to add the following line

installer.pods_project.targets.each do |target| target.build_configurations.each do |config| config.build_settings['APPLICATION_EXTENSION_API_ONLY'] = 'NO' end end

if you upload to AppStore and it fails make sure 

Always Embed Swift Standard Libraries for APP **Yes** 
Always Embed Swift Standard Libraries for Extension **No**
