Minor Bug: Transition times not acknowledged

describe the problem in Detail. What do you expect to happen ? What does happen ?

Since version 3.1.4 (eventually 3.1.2 which I cant test as it throws errors) transition times will not be acknowledged. Tested it with multiple devices. Transition times are working anyway as to be expected.

No errors occur.

Transition times never were acknowledged. They are stored in the object tree and sent with the command when changing brightness or state as an option.
