keep enabled In-kernel Mitigations, Spectre & Meltdown Mitigations and Services Mitigations can cause issues

Hi, if I execute your script and remove the rows 88 -105 of file Remove_SecurityComp.reg regarding the disable of In-kernel Mitigations, Spectre & Meltdown Mitigations and Services Mitigations can I got some issues (or lost mitigation of kernel and spectre-meltdown)? I want only remove windows defender service, windows defender firewall and Windows Security App keeping the mitigations

p.s.:my cpu is a intel i9 14900hx, do You know if the mitigation related to that key regedit are fixed at microcode level?
