Add Bluetooth glucose meter compatibility

Hello,

Would it be feasible to add bluetooth glucose meter compatibility to Juggluco?

I would like to link my Contour Next One glucose meter in order to see the real glucose values I take represented in the graph, somehow like xDrip+ does.

Maybe this is already a feature that exists but I haven't seen the option.

I have made a version of Juggluco that receives glucose values from Contour Next ONE.
I don’t know with exactly what other glucose meters it also works.
If you have a Contour Next ONE, you can scan the data matrix on the glucose meter with left menu→Photo.
For other glucose meters you have to go to left menu→Settings→Exchange data→Glucose meters→Find devices to search for the device and press it when found.
The first time the meter has to be in PAIRING mode.

Tell me about your experiences.
If someone e-mails me a scannable photo of the data matrix on the meter, and it’s device name, I can make that that meters can also be scanned.

How can I quickly exclude a value taken by my glucose meter? Since it's connected to Juggluco via Bluetooth, the blood glucose value appears in the graph and it the sensor is calibrated automatically. This means I can only delete it manually by going to:
Sensor → Info → Calibrations. Is that correct?

I do want to use the calibration feature because my last sensors are reading too low, but I would prefer my glucometer values not interfering with calibration, since having the bg dot represented in the graph is really handful to see bg trends. Having to manually remove the calibration every time I do a fingerprick is quite inconvenient.

Just select the blood measurement in left middle menu->List or by long pressing it and press on Save after setting "Exclude". Removing calibrations makes no sense. The glucose measurements will still be used for later calibrations when it is not excluded.
I don't understand how you can calibrate without using your blood glucose measurements.

I do use only my bg measurements for calibration.

So to sum up and if I understand it correctly, every bg measurement when a glucometer is connected will calibrate the sensor no matter what. Then, I have to manually delete it on Menu → List in order to get back to the calibration I had. Is that right?

No, as I said already 10 times in this "Issue", you have to check "Exclude" and press Save when you don't want to use it for calibration.

Yeah, I understood. But that doesn't change the fact that if not manually excluded each time, the sensor will automatically calibrate at each glucometer bg reading no matter what. That's what I meant when I said I found it inconvenient. I try to calibrate only when my bg is stable... Thanks you anyway for your time.
