Venus E 2.0 State change from Discharging not back to Standby verfied over MODBUS

I've a Venus E 2.0 with FW 103.
I tried the Local API integration this morning and the device state didn't change for discharging back to standby or charging.
Due to the fact that im reading out the I'm reading out the device via an ESPHome Wemos D1 mini with Modbus in parallel, I could verfiy that the device it self turn into standby.
