Add source_ip and geo_bypass

There are some additional parameters for youtube-dl and I was wondering if it would be possible to add them to your api-server.
They're located here https://github.com/ytdl-org/youtube-dl#geo-restriction
and I think that this will solve a lot of problems with the "different IP" on restricted videos.
