(this is my second account besides @braindef)
just in case one does not like VB Audio things i made a small tutorial how to install/use JackRouter:
Jack Audio, jackd asio carla surge-vst (regsvr32 jackrouter.dll) instead VBAudio Voicemeeter Banana (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FDSA1fW7lDg)
