Apparently travis needs sudo to access anything at root.

0.10.6: Switch from rust_sodium to sodiumoxide

Due to dependency conflicts with lazy_static, it would be best to go on and switch to sodiumoxide since it requires no changes in the codebase (since both rust_sodium and sodiumoxide are pretty much the same and can be a drop in replacement) but also is more up to date and dont have any conflicts in dependencies.
