Movo to more POJO oriented design. #145
Description
Right now most of ops are kind of Utility like on Aphrodite. getRealeted, hasUpgrade, getUpstream etc. This does not feel natural. Those methods should be part of PullRequest proxy. Similar with Repository class. It should somehow reflect real service rather than be some random place holder?
