Replace knitr lesson with Quarto equivalent

This isn't necessarily a replacement, as the knitr lesson should remain in existence as is. Rather, most of the material should be copied to a new lesson, and updated using Quarto in place of knitr.

• Add knitr & quarto library install
• After Literate programming section (or somewhere else near beginning), say where we are going/what we will have at the end.
• TOPIC ONE Introduction to markdown syntax
  • Look at default file and describe parts (text + code)
  • Render the document
  • Delete and replace with paper outline (Intro, Methods, Results, Discussion).
  • Add text for Introduction and Methods
• TOPIC TWO Code chunks
  • Make a plot
  • Render doc with said plot
  • Run some stats (hiding the output)
• TOPIC THREE Taking code output into text
  • Stuff like putting r² values in text
• TOPIC FOUR Template files (doc)
  • Make a Word/LibreOffice document, save it in project folder
  • Add Title & Header 2
  • Add little bit of text
  • Update YAML header
• Update Additional resources section
• Figure out where to put figure insertion
  • Could add it in Discussion, with I. virginica image, e.g. https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/f/f8/Iris_virginica_2.jpg/500px-Iris_virginica_2.jpg

Much of the rendering output is shown by taking screenshots; it would be better to just include rendered output in the lesson. I think the knitr lesson did this via blockquotes...
