[🚀] enable controller wide requirement for token

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Provide the `isSecured` parameter from the `RequestMapping` annotation also in the `RestController`.

**Describe why you would like to see this implemented**
This would enable a token to be required for all methods of a controller and might save some unnecessary code.
