[BUG] Hand-drawn annotations (e.g., on a tablet) are not merged in final document

Description

When merging annotations from files that were annotated using a table, it seems
that those annotations are not in annots objects, which means that they will not
be copied in the final document.

Workaround

If only one of the file contains such annotations, place its name first
when calling rpd ann merge.
