Stutter with open window #201

Description
The background is extremely buggy when you have a window open and move the mouse.
OS and Shell Information
Please provide your OS name and version, GNOME Shell version, and the session type (X11/Wayland).
- OS: Fedora 43
- GNOME Shell: 49.2
- Session type: Wayland
Steps to Reproduce
Please provide the steps to reproduce the bug you are encountering.
Install the laatest version of Hanabi, select wallpaper, open a app (files, ..) and move your mouse
Expected Behavior
The background should still remain smooth.
Actual Behavior
It's buggy, jumps between frames, and stutters.

I don't know why that is. But I'll attach a video below.
