Reset suspect

I have tried to reset supect workitems, but somehow it doesn't work.

Simplified version of my script without loop:

# Connect to server
client = polarion.Polarion(server, user, pw)

# Select project
project = client.getProject(prj)

# all_items = project.searchWorkitem("suspect:true",  field_list=['id', 'title', 'status', 'linkedWorkItems'])

item = project.getWorkitem("F0060-24747")
for i in range(len(item.linkedWorkItems.LinkedWorkItem)):
    if item.linkedWorkItems.LinkedWorkItem[i].suspect:
        hlp =item.linkedWorkItems.LinkedWorkItem[i].workItemURI.split("}")
        l = len(hlp)
        if l==2:
            print(f"Suspect-Link: {hlp[1]}")
        item.linkedWorkItems.LinkedWorkItem[i].suspect = False
        item2 = project.getWorkitem(hlp[1])
item.addComment("Reset suspect", "By script")        
item.save()

save: service.updateWorkItem is called
self._reloadFromPolarion() --> suspect again

The comment was added by suspect is true (with and without comment).
Any ideas?
