Treeview not rendering schema on 1.79.2

Expected Behavior

Tell us what should happen: I should see a collection of schemas that the Apicurio resistry shows in its UX

Current Behavior

Tell us what happens instead of the expected behavior: As expected, I see the 3 section titles in the left panel of VSCode. The top panel has no text, just a chevron that seems to open infinitely, but never shows any text for the item

I am running 1.79.2 of VSCode and the latests release version of Apicurio Schema Registry.

Apologies I missed the Github notification, I'm not working on delivery at the moment.
That's a strange behavior I've never seen before.
Let me re-install a dev env and check with the latest VSC and Apicurio image.
I'll keep you posted.

I face any issues at all, see bellow :

Could you give more context ? or procedure to reproduce the issue ?
