Can't get hypertarget

I am using markdown and i tried all ways possible to turn markdown to latex or pdf, where the titles should be with hypertargets, but i got no solution so far.

Sorry, I don't understand the problem. Please give an example of the markdown you're using.

Yes, I exported it to latex and i get a label, but the thing is that i want to go with markdown and do something like this with pdfs:

[PDFS](markdown.pdf#Header 1)

It would automaticly jump to Header 1 with hypertarget, I tried doing it with the label but no success.

that was an example, i got one where:

\section{MARKDOWN2}\label{markdown2}

But now if i use in markdown

[PDF](markdown.pdf#markdown2)

It tps to the pdf but doesnt jump to the location, it would work with hypertarget.
