As the profiles are mainly a question of build options, want to try to be able to load any build profile on a given dat profile

Rather that working as a question of blockTypes, would rather do it as matter of other options. Humans make more sense as configs you can pull blocks from to me so maybe it makes more sense to work down from the configs.
