Abandoned?

I think it's a great idea to coalesce all these disparate datasets into one friendly package, so kudos on taking the initiative. I was just wondering as to the reasons for abandoning the project a year ago? I myself am interested in such data

I stopped the project because some variables I need are not publicly available. At the same time, the IPUMS people are putting together a harmonized version of MEPS, so I thought it'd be better to just use the IPUMS version: https://meps.ipums.org/meps/

That said, I think it's still a good idea to put the data in an R package, and I might return to the project in the future.
