Text does not load on Windows 10 on Dell Precision M4500

On versions after v0.1.3p1, text (or the font, not sure) does not load at all on my Dell Precision M4500.

I've just tried the latest release and this happens for me as well. I'm on Windows 11 though, and i have absolutely no idea how or why it's happening on my machine.
