Log Talkgroup ID or Radio ID's in Chat Dialog or in a new "LOG" dialog box or window

Feature description
I listen to a lot of DMR and NXDN stuff and it would be nice to have a Log window with the a history of the last few Talkgroup ID's/RadioID's that has been received as sometime you hear the call but not quick enough to see the TG ID.

This is useful when your trying to scope users on a DMR network by TalkgroupID or RadioID

Target audience
This would be a feature for all users who listen to DMR/NXDN/D-Star
