First of all, thank you for this great project.
Currently, it seems that the application does not provide sufficient options for dark mode in the Settings page. When using the app for a long time, the bright UI can be tiring for the eyes. In particular:
-
There is no dedicated setting for appearance/theme, or only a light theme is available.
-
There is no option to follow the system dark mode setting (OS / browser prefers-color-scheme).
-
When a dark theme is enabled (manually or in the future), some components (buttons, inputs, modals, etc.) may have low contrast.
It would be very helpful if the Settings page could be improved with options like:
-
Add an “Appearance” or “Theme” section to the Settings page.
-
Provide theme options such as “Light”, “Dark”, and “Follow system”.
-
Redesign the colors for dark mode (background, text, links, buttons, etc.) so that they meet at least WCAG 2.1 AA contrast requirements.
-
Optionally, apply the theme change immediately so users can preview it in real time.
Having a dark mode toggle in the Settings page would make it easier for users to adapt the UI to their environment and preferences, and would also improve accessibility and the overall user experience.
Thank you for considering this feature request.
