Pls, Help me to Adding a Resource

I'm stuck at step Add a Resource, then not yet using app! :-(
I don't know struct of markdown to add.
I just create some file text with .md, .markdown format but app didn't accept

I want to test feature: Adding a Resource, then Activating an Expert to use, but i don't have knowledge for it
Pls, give example markdown file to Add a Resource and some case to use Expert

The tutorial guides you to create the default Expert, which is an expert that can teach you how to use Sidekick.

As a result, you are only allowed to select the folder containing Sidekick's docs. You can create an expert with your own content later.
