I just installed Toolscreen 1.0.8 after previously failing to set up 1.0.3 (not that I tried very hard, just in case it's useful information).
When I fullscreen Minecraft and click on an area where my Ninjabrain Bot window is open in the background, the window switches to it instead of registering the click in Minecraft. When hovering Ninjabrain Bot buttons it also changes the cursor accordingly.
This does not happen when I uninstall Toolscreen (remove the prelaunch argument from MultiMC).
It is also fixable by disabling Always On Top in the Ninjabrain Bot settings, but probably (?) still unintended or at the very least unintuitive behaviour.
