No BOM or instructions for z axis assembly

In box_frame/doc/manual.txt, the last step says to skip to z-axis assembly below, there's a header that says ===Assemble the Z axis(P1)===, and then... nothing! Not sure most people are comfortable just wingin' it for the z-axis assembly 😜
