🐛 Bug: Blog Page Banner Too Big

Describe the bug

The banner on the blog page appears disproportionately large. It pushes the content far down and affects the overall layout and readability.

this is probably caused by the by the latest related PR

Steps To Reproduce

Go to the blog page

Observe the banner at the top of the page

Expected Behavior

The banner should be taking up less vertical space so that the main blog content is visible without unnecessary scrolling.

this is caused by #1771 I will submit a PR resolving it as its part of this work
