Inability to Drag Multiple Rows Simultaneously in Table (Similar to Excel)

I hope you're doing well.

I'm writing to bring to your attention an issue we've encountered with the table functionality. Unlike Excel, where we can easily drag and move multiple rows at the same time, we are currently unable to perform this action in our system.

We would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this issue and provide a solution or suggest a workaround.
