error connecting to steamvr despite everything being installed, and movement is extremely buggy at the legs

Title kind of tells it all, i got it p and working, mediapipe brings up my camera and tracks my body correctly, but it seemingly isn't connecting to steamvr when all the drivers were installed properly. I'm even able to load up vrchat but the tracking is extremely buggy for some reason and can't properly track my legs. If anyone could help me figure either issue out that'd be great
