Should we keep the `/clear` command or not ?

#132 introduced a button in the input toolbar to clear the chat.

There is also a /clear commands registered in the chat commands registry.

Should we keep this command or not ?

I would advocate for keeping it, as I think that the buttons in toolbar should be optional (from settings probably) to avoid having too many of them (the attach and tools buttons are coming soon).
