I run out a bit of ideas on what could be implemented, either for the Java game, the website in Next.js, and even the repository itself (like pipelines, and so on).

It would be great that YOU create new features issues to keep the project alive, with new things that could be added, fun stuff, things you saw that could be improved, and so on. Do not hesitate !
You don't have to work on the issue, just open one, and someone else will do the job, that's the goal of this project basically :)
