unable to edit timers

Hi I'm unable to open timer setting clicking the button has no reaction can I do some debugging for you just a hint how to get there again my memory is gone old age 😦
version tdmgr_2024.10.2.1_win_64bit.exe
same for 10.1.1
2024.9.3. works fine.
